Bead-on-plate experiments were conducted using a semi-automatic MIG welding machine to determine the effects of process parameters like wire diameter, wire feed rate, welding current, welding speed etc. on weld bead geometry like bead height, bead width, depth of penetration etc. An artificial neural network based modeling had successfully been done to correlate the effects of process parameters on weld bead geometry.- Higher Droplet Rate and Improved Metallurgical Properties in GMA Welding through External Magnetic Field
